The other day, Dubai developer Sobha Group put up for sale 354 residential units of the Second Phase in the two eight-storey buildings of the Hartland Greens project located along the new Dubai Water Canal.
Official opening of the Dubai Canal, completely filled with water, took place last week, and many were able to witness the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum personally opening this new miracle of the city urban development, which is about to bring significant changes into the life of Dubai. And now walking promenades along the Canal are open, bridges are functioning, and Bur Dubai has officially become an island, like that of Manhattan. So where to buy yourself a home in order to be in the middle of this splendor, close to the azure waters of the Canal?
You can, for instance, pay attention to the MBR City, where Hartland Greens project is located. Here you can buy villas, apartments and studios with a starting price of about AED 1,480 per square foot. Among main benefits of this location there are convenient payment plans, as well as the developed infrastructure at place, including international schools, one of which is already functioning. Hartland Greens real estate project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2018.
But this is not the only option. For example, in February this year Dubai’s master developer Damac Properties launched another interesting real estate project near the Dubai Canal. It is called Aykon City and is situated at the natural reserve Safa Park intersection. This luxury real estate project perfectly fitting in the high-end environment includes a 80-storey Aykon Hotel and the 63-storey apartment complex Damac Maison Serviced Hotel Residences.
And, of course, real estate within the limits of the new Canal-shaped city ‘island’ of Bur Dubai, in areas such as Jumeirah, DIFC and Downtown Dubai, is now getting even more attractive in terms of investments. On the other side, the opening of the Canal will promote the development of Dubai Creek district, where such notable projects as Culture Village, Marasi Business Bay and Aladdin City are already being built, imexre.com has recently reported of. Business Bay has also got some new perspectives, for now it can be reached via new water artery, with a number of different water transport means, while central Dubai Marina and Downtown areas would finally get some relief from traffic jams and from the extra crowds they have to cater to presently.
Anyway, the choice is yours, and IMEX Real Estate is always here to help you materialize this choice, whatever it may be.
