Dubai Marina real estate domain is dominated by the world’s tallest skyscrapers. Burj Khailfa’s record of being the tallest building in the world (828 meters) is still not broken, as well as the record of the highest residential building in the world Princess Tower (414 meters), and the world’s tallest hotel JW Marriott Marquis (355 metres) is also situated in Dubai.

Infrastructure. Dubai has established and created one of the most complex and unique infrastructure systems meeting all the requirements of a modern urban locality. Dubai Metro is planned to further extension in the nearest future. Route 2020 will extend the Red Line by 15 kilometers and will include seven new stations — 5 above ground and 2 underground. The new route will serve areas with average-to-high population density such as the Gardens, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, Jumeirah Golf Estate and Dubai Investment Park.

Thus, 2016 will be another year of success for Dubai, experts predict.
