The sprawling development is situated over 55 million square feet and is a free hold area in the Al-Esela region. The development will be accessible from Emirates Road and is in close proximity to Dubai Sports City, Motor City and Global Village.

The vision behind Dubai Golf City is to create five uniquely themed golf courses, each designed by renowned golf architects. The five landscape themes are: desert, wadi, oasis, parkland and a unique signature course that will be the first-of-its-kind. Besides boasting impeccable recreational facilities, the area will see the construction of 700 luxury villas and mansions as well as 18 themed golf villages with houses and chalets.
