The Meadows is a residential community located within a larger area of ​​Emirates Living, close to the Sheikh Zayed Road Intersection 5 and in close vicinity of Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City and the Emirates Golf Club.

Besides The Meadows, Emirates Living community includes also Emirates Hills, The Lakes, Hattan, The Views, The Springs, The Parklands and The Greens clusters. Real estate options vary here from elite luxury mansions in the Emirates Hills and Hattan to affordable houses in The Springs, while the average property value in The Meadows falls somewhere in between these extremes.

The Meadows residential community itself includes nine separate residential clusters set amongst mature tree lined streets and scenic lakes, with children's playgrounds, communal swimming pools and a community centre.

In The Meadows you can purchase spacious three- to six-bedroom two-storey villas with balconies, garages and large gardens. Meadows community development was completed in 2004, therefore, unlike many other newer residential communities in Dubai, this place looks familiar and cozy. It is a gated community with a high level of security, that is suitable for family living, when parents let children to play and cycle right down the street.

In the center of Meadows there is a small Spinneys supermarket, a cafe, a restaurant, a music store and a dry cleaning service. There is a Hayya health club with two gyms, a swimming pool, a large sports hall and tennis courts available to members. There is also a beautiful mosque and a petrol station with a variety of 24hr fast food outlets.
