BLVD Heights to be built by Emaar in Downtown Dubai

Emaar Properties announced the launch of its new two tower residential complex called BLVD Heights in Down town Dubai and sales will commence on September 13 at 10am in the UAE and at 2pm in Asia.

BLVD Heights a two tower residential complex with a plinth connecting them, to be built in downtown Dubai by Emaar Properties, as reported by Emirates24/7. The residential complex will be near The Opera District, the latest cultural center, and will comprise of 280 one –to three bedroom apartments.

The Managing Director of Emaar Properties, Ahmad Al Matrooshi stated that BLVD Heights responds to the high demand for voguish apartments in Downtown Dubai, as the city continues to be one of the most popular lifestyle destinations. He also said that the apartments in the complex will attract investors from all over the world and give them access to the center of the city.

Emaar will begin online registration in Dubai and Abu-Dhabi at 10 am on September 10. The website to complete online registration is www.emaar.com. Registration will also open up in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore.

On the other hand, sales will start off from September 13 at 10am at the Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Dubai and the Emaar Sales Center in Al Nahda Tower in Abu Dhabi. Sales will follow a first-come first served policy.Sales in Asia, will take place on the same day but commence at 2pm in Shanghai at Jung An Shangri-la, West Shanghai, The Excelsior Hotel, Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay in Hong Kong and the Grand Hyatt in Singapore.

Emaar Properties also announced that it will be providing its long-term investors and end users the chance to sign up for the Emaar Preferred Access programme. Moreover, investors who give a 30% down payment of the entire value of the property and hold ownership till the hand-over is finished will be given preferred access and the opportunity to own apartments in accordance with the conditions.
