Damac seems to keep targeting young active professionals with its new Akoya Fresh villas located in the center of a quiet community, far from urban bustle. Therefore, Damac is not going to change this working scheme and will launch another bunch of three-bedroom villas in Akoya Fresh community with a cost starting from USD 326,975 (AED 1.2 million). It’s noteworthy that AED prices for these villas haven’t changed yeat since the first project phase launch. Well, it’s just another reminder for those thinking whether to buy a property in Dubai: today is always the right time — at least so far AED prices for villas stay stable, but they won’t keep it for long, experts say.

Attractive payments scheme in Akoya Fresh stayed the same as in other project’s phases. Payments can be spread over three years, but this time the developer has emphasized that each buyer gets not just the house, but the full ownership of a land plot, which is guaranteed by a title deed.

“Damac is bringing to market yet another innovative residential offering in a green community away from the skyscrapers and business landscape,” said company vice president of corporate communications Tim Fallon.

He also pointed out high investment attractiveness of these villas. Villas in Dubai is a good investment bringing high long-term income due to its capital growth alone. But villa communities having not only houses, but the entire lifestyle infrastructure, or, perhaps, an access to the sea coast like on Palm Jumeirah, or to the green landscape of golf courses like Emirates Living and Akoya Fresh, also proved to consistently yield higher returns on investment (ROI) than a purely residential one.
