Two of the largest Dubai master developers Emaar and Damac announced sales of an exclusive property in two similar areas of Dubai almost at the same time.

Emaar on Wednesday announced the launch of an exclusive collection of 147 residences in a green and spacious living area of ​​ Dubai Hills Estate, and its market’s peer Damac almost simultaneously announced the sale of apartments at The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences in Akoya Oxygen residential area of Dubai.

Damac offers three-bedroom apartments in one of the five towers of The Beach complex at a minimum price of AED 1.25 million. Navitas Hotel & Residences, with The Beach as its part, will organically fit into Akoya Oxygen, a huge living space area having ​​almost 11 hectares of territory.
