Emaar on Wednesday announced the launch of an exclusive collection of 147 residences in a green and spacious living area of Dubai Hills Estate, and its market’s peer Damac almost simultaneously announced the sale of apartments at The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences in Akoya Oxygen residential area of Dubai.
Damac offers three-bedroom apartments in one of the five towers of The Beach complex at a minimum price of AED 1.25 million. Navitas Hotel & Residences, with The Beach as its part, will organically fit into Akoya Oxygen, a huge living space area having almost 11 hectares of territory. Although this part of Dubai is situated away from the sea, there is enough space around both for spacious green landscapes of the golf courses and sandy beaches on the shores of artificial man-made lakes. As any of a kind residential community in Dubai, Akoya Oxygen won’t lack usual conveniences, infrastructure units and entertainment facilities: cafes, restaurants, clubs and shopping malls – all these will be provided to residents and their guests by Damac here.

Emaar too offers a highly demanded property option – apartments in Dubai Hills Estate, a residential complex, which is to become part of Mohammed bin Rashid City, one of the largest planned residential city areas, where only the green part will take more than 2.2 million square meters. The 11 million sq m of Dubai Hills Estate also won’t stay empty in the middle of the desert. In addition to large green golf courses 4,400 villas and 22,000 apartments will be built here. But now, only 147 one to three bed residences are put on sale, thus making the choice at Damac’s a little wider as for property size. And the rest of community conveniences, like 7-kilometer promenade with cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as multi-brand boutiques will definitely also be there.
