A new phase of the MBR City District One by Meydan Sobha joint venture was officially launched recently in Dubai.
Third phase of a US $ 10 billion Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City development involves the construction of an artificial Crystal Lagoon, as well as four to five bedroom villas with a spacious land plots construction and sales.
MBR City District One having a total area of 45 million square feet is one of the lowest density developments in Dubai.
All the villas in District One offered for sale in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are already sold out, according to the developer’s source. Property buyers were offered a variety of new floor plans and large land plots.
7km long Crystal Lagoon surrounded by lush green vegetation will create perfect conditions for aquatic leisure activities with access to swimming, paddle boarding, and also walking along 14-kilometer boardwalk. Like many other Dubai latest projects, Crystal Lagoon is set to break another record and become the world’s largest man-made lagoon. And a residential, commercial and entertainment development Meydan One located nearby in the MBR City has a bunch of other world’s records to break: world's tallest residential building as well as the world's longest indoor ski slope, the tallest observation deck are to be constructed there.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the MBR City District One project are scheduled for completion in the middle of this year, while Phase 3 will be completed in the mid of next year.
“We are proud to be adding to Dubai’s status as one of the most desirable cities in the world in which to live. We are creating a beautiful, luxurious community offering the most central freehold villa properties in the heart of the city’s centre overlooking what will become the world’s largest crystal lagoon,” said Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, chairman of Meydan Group.
