Jumeirah Village Circle, or simply the JVC, as locals call the area, is situated in the New Dubai, spanning over a large area (560 hectares) in one of the hottest and most convenient Dubai locations.

Location

Al Khail Road wraps over this compact residential community in the north-west, while Dubai’s main throughway Sheikh Zayed Road outlines the district’s boundaries from the south making it extremely convenient in terms of connectivity. From the junction of these two roads you can easily and quickly get to almost any city area. The community also borders such comfortable and well developed Dubai residential communities as Sports City, The Springs and The Meadows, which can easily suit all your needs, in case if something you need is not yet available inside Jumeirah Village Circle, for the area is rather new and still being actively developed.

A large shopping and entertainment facility The Circle Mall with 235 shops, restaurants and cafes as well as multi-screen cinema is under construction. And in case this is not enough, just a short drive will take you to Dubai's unique Miracle Garden with millions of flower compositions and a park with live exotic butterflies.
