Cayan Tower is one of the Dubai main iconic buildings, the most famous twisted skyscraper located in the center of Dubai, in the most prestigious area of ​​Dubai Marina.

This residential skyscraper, called the Infinity Tower during construction, has 307.3 meters in height and is considered the tallest building in the world featuring a 90˚ twist, and also the eighth world’s tallest residential building. Features & Design

Cayan Tower was designed by the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill world-known architectural bureau. The walls of the skyscraper from the base to the rooftop have an even, exactly 90 ° twist. The 73 floor plates are all identical, but each is rotated by 1.2 degrees against the floor below it, creating the shape of a helix. The tower’s premises are additionally protected from direct sunlight by removable perforated screens. All communications of the skyscraper are located inside a circular core section of the construction and next to it in vertical direction, so that the shape of the building does not affect them.
