Dubai beachfront luxury projects get more affordable

Some Dubai areas once considered accessible only to the super rich now get more affordable for mid-earners. Read more on what high-end locations offer convenient payment plans and lose some zeroes off their price.

Palatial villas on the Palm Jumeirah, a community built on the idea of exclusivity and prestige, super-priced hotel apartments and the rest of the high-end property units in Dubai now have to neighbor properties offering reasonable payment plans and prices more affordable for common people.

Private man-made islands, although seeming as locations where only VIPs would be able to afford buying property, in fact, are designed for a much broader segment of the home buyers. The apartments will be on a more affordable scale while maintaining the highest standards of build and aesthetic quality, like those on the Bluewaters Island, another recent Meraas project.

Wide opportunities for maritime tourism and luxury beachfront lifestyle make these projects very attractive both for end buyers and for savvy far-sighted investors.
